The Impact of Accessibility, Innovation and Service Quality towards Passenger Satisfaction of Free School Transportation

Abstract
In Mojokerto City, the provision of free school transportation represents a significant investment in the welfare and education of students. The effectiveness of this service hinges on several key factors: accessibility, innovation, and service quality. This research was then aimed at analyzing the influence of accessibility, innovation and service quality towards passenger satisfaction in using free school transportation in Mojokerto City. This research used a quantitative approach, which data collected using questionnaire. Sample selected was the passengers of free school transportation, namely students in Mojokerto City. From multiple linear regression analysis, it was known that: a) t-test value on the Accessibility variable (X1) is 2.569, and the t-significance is 0.007 which is lower than the set significance level, which is 0.05; b) t-test value on the Innovation variable (X2) is 2.262, and the t-significance is 0.038 which is lower than the set significance level, which is 0.05; c) t-test value on the Service Quality variable (X3) is 2.323, and the t-significance is 0.034 which is lower than the set significance level, which is 0.05; d) F test, it is known that the F count is 47.083 with the probability of the F-statistic in this study being 0.000 or lower than the specified significance level, namely 0.05. These means that partially or simultantly, all the variables consists of Accessibility (X1), Innovation (X2), and Service Quality (X3) has significant effect towards passenger satisfaction in using free school transportation.
