Abstract
This thesis, titled “The Impact of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Engagement with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Cross-Sectoral Office of the Disaster Management Agency of East Minahasa Regency,”, aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee engagement with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Disaster Management Agency of East Minahasa Regency. The study reveals that work motivation and work discipline significantly affect employee engagement, with job satisfaction acting as a mediating factor. The findings contribute to the development of human resource management strategies in the public sector to enhance employee performance and loyalty.
