Abstract

This research aims to find outThe Influence of Transformational Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Motivation as Mediation (Study of East Ratahan District Office Employees, Southeast Minahasa Regency).The type of research is quantitative research.The research population was 15 employees who worked at the East Ratahan District Office, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique, so that the research sample was all employees at the East Ratahan District Office, Southeast Minahasa Regency. Data collection was carried out using research instruments. Data analysis techniques use linear regression, t test and Sobel test. Based on resultst test shows thattransformational leadershiphas a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.005, which is smaller than 0.05. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on work discipline with a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05.Kcompensationhas a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05. Compensation has a significant effect on work discipline with a significance value of 0.007, which is smaller than 0.05.Kwork engagementhas a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05.Sobel test results show thatwork disciplinedoes not mediate influenceleadershiptransformational on employee performance with a significance value of 0.246, greater than 0.05.Kwork engagementdid not mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance with a significance value of 0.320, greater than 0.05.
