Abstract
(Purpose) This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, job training and work environment on health with a case study at Bank BRI. (Methods) The research method is quantitative with an ex post facto design; a sample of 25 employees was selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. Analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), and multiple linear regression. The results show that Work Motivation (β = 0.325, p = 0.010), Job Training (β = 0.287, p = 0.023), and Work Environment (β = 0.312, p = 0.013) have a significant positive effect partially, and the three together explain 68.4% of the variation in organizational health (F = 24.567; p < 0.001). (Results) In conclusion, increasing motivation, training, and creating a supportive work environment can simultaneously improve organizational health; it is recommended that further research add mediating or moderating variables and expand the sample for stronger generalization.
