Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and workload on employee performance at the Kaliabu Village Office, Mejayan District, Madiun Regency. The population in this study consists of all employees at the Kaliabu Village Office, totaling 17 individuals. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are taken as the research sample due to the limited population size. The data analysis method used is SPSS-based analysis, which includes validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that both work discipline and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Kaliabu Village Office. Furthermore, work discipline individually has a significant effect on employee performance, as does workload
