Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and work motivation on performance through work loyalty of employees at the Juanda Customs and Excise Service and Supervision Office. This study was quantitative, using a census sampling technique to obtain a sample of 100 employees. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on performance at the Juanda Customs and Excise Service and Supervision Office with a CR of 2.830 and a probability value of 0.006 ± 0.05. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 4.799 and a probability value of 0.0031 0.05 on Performance. Work Loyalty has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 1.766 and a probability value of 0.0033 0.05 on Performance. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 4.757 and a probability value of 0.000 0.05 on Work Loyalty. Work Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect with a CR value of 8.133 and a probability value of 0.000 0.05 on Work Loyalty. The results of calculations using the Sobel Test can be proven that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect with a Sobel Test value of 2.537 and a probability value of 0.005 0.05 on Performance through Work Loyalty at the Juanda Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect, with a Sobel test value of 2.646 and a probability value of 0.004 ± 0.05, on performance through work loyalty at the Juanda Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office.
