The Influence of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at INKA Multi Solusi Madiun

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT INKA Multi Solusi Madiun. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. The independent variables in this study are leadership style (X1), work motivation (X2), and organizational culture (X3), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance both simultaneously and partially. Among the three variables, organizational culture has the most dominant influence with employee performance. This study concludes that improvements in employee performance can be achieved through strengthening positive organizational culture, supporting communicative leadership styles, and providing sustained work motivation.
