Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, social support, and work-life balance on employee well-being in employees of the pharmaceutical industry ingredient warehouse section of PT. Interbat Sidoarjo, East Java. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample amounted to 69 respondents from the Maintenance division who were selected through total sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed that workload, social support, and work-life balance together had a significant effect on employee well-being (F count = 29,766; Sig. = 0.000). The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that workload had a significant negative effect (Sig. = 0.016), while social support (Sig. = 0.000) and work-life balance (Sig. = 0.000) had a significant positive effect on employee well-being. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.590 indicates that the three independent variables explain 59.0% of the variation in employee well-being. These findings indicate that companies need to pay attention to proportionate workloads, improve social support, and encourage work-life balance to improve employee well-being
