THE EFFECT OF JOB ROTATION AND LEADERSHIP ON PERFORMANCE THROUGH EMPLOYEE LOYALTY AT THE TANJUNG PERAK CUSTOMS AND EXCISE SERVICES OFFICE

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of job rotation and leadership on performance through employee loyalty at the Tanjung Perak Customs and Excise Service Office. This research is quantitative, using census sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 140 employees. The results show that job rotation has a positive and significant effect on performance with a CR value of 2.075 (probability 0.037 0.05). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance with a CR value of 4.953 (probability 0.000 0.05). Job Loyalty has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 2.535, a probability value of 0.011 0.05 on Performance. Job Rotation has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 4.610, a probability value of 0.000 0.05 on Job Loyalty. Leadership has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 9.102, a probability value of 0.000 0.05 on Job Loyalty. Based on the results of the Sobel test that has been conducted, the results of the study prove that Job Rotation has a positive and significant effect with a Sobel test value of 3.171 and a probability value of 0.0012 0.05 on Performance through Job Loyalty. Based on the results of the Sobel test, the research demonstrated that leadership has a positive and significant effect, with a Sobel test score of 3.706 and a probability value of 0.000 0.05, on performance through job loyalty at the Tanjung Perak Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office
