THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CAPABILITIES ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR IN THE REVENUE MANAGEMENT UPT IN BLITAR REGION

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial factor in creating advantages that are difficult for rivals and other organizations to imitate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Information Technology Capabilities on Organizational Performance Through Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Blitar Regional Revenue Management Unit. This study is a quantitative study using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The population of this study was 80 employees of the Blitar Regional Revenue Management Unit. The sampling method used the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 67 employees of the Blitar Regional Revenue Management Unit. Research data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution. The results of the study prove that Organizational Culture and Information Technology Capabilities have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Blitar Regional Revenue Management Unit. Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance at the Blitar Regional Revenue Management Unit. However, Information Technology Capabilities have a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance at the Blitar Regional Revenue Management Unit. Organizational Citizenship Behavior can mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Information Technology Capabilities on Organizational Performance.
