Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on performance through job satisfaction of employees at the Customs and Excise Service and Supervision Office. This research is quantitative, using census sampling techniques, resulting in a sample of 129 people.
The results show that organizational culture has an influence on performance with an estimated regression weight of 0.2173737, a standard error of 0.690234, and a critical ratio (t-table) of 3.1492755. A significance value (P-value) of 0.0016368>0.05. Work Discipline has an influence on Performance stating that the value of estimate regression wights is ,3626135, standard error is ,2403038, critical ratio (t-table) is 1.5089792, significance value (P-value) is 0.1313041> 0.05. Job satisfaction has an influence on performance stating that the value of estimate regression wights is ,4068744, standard error is ,3509132, critical ratio (t-table) is 1.1594731, then the significance value (P-value) is ,2462634> 0.05. Organizational Culture has an influence on Job Satisfaction stating that the value of estimate regression weights is ,1715921, standard error is ,0341604, critical ratio (t-table) is 5.0231277, significance value (P-value) is 0.000 <0.05. Work Discipline has an influence on Job Satisfaction stating that the value of estimate regression weights is ,6671164, standard error is ,0693460, critical ratio (t-table) is 9.6201115, significance value (P-value) is 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Culture has an influence on Performance through Job Satisfaction stating that the Sobel Test Statistic is 2.97779299 then the significance value (P-value) is 0.001 <0.05. Work Discipline influences Performance through Job Satisfaction, indicating that the Sobel Test statistic is 1.48624525 with a significance value (P-value) of 0.06 < 0.05
