Abstract
The Kaimana Regency Health Office is a government agency in charge of implementing health services that is responsible to the Regent of Kaimana through the Regional Secretary. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Then this study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Health Office of Kaimana Regency, West Papua Province. The research population is ASN Employees of the Kaimana Regency Health Office. The data collection technique used in this study is to distribute questionnaires on the selected research samples. The analysis technique in this study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM). And to answer the hypothesis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that Work Motivation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Kaimana Regency Health Office. The Work Environment has a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Kaimana Regency Health Office. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Kaimana Regency Health Office. Work Motivation did not have a significant effect on the performance of Kaimana Regency Health Office employees. The Work Environment has a significant effect on the performance of Kaimana Regency Health Office Employees. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kaimana Regency Health Office. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kaimana Regency Health Office. Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Kaimana Regency Health Office. The Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance through the Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Kaimana Regency Health Office. Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Kaimana Regency Health Office
