Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The research object was employees of the UPTD Mauponggo Community Health Center, Nagekeo Regency with a sample size of 83 people. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results prove that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance using statistical tests via the t test with a real level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.010 < 0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance using statistical tests via the t test with a real level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.018<0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance using statistical tests via the t test with a real level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.00 5 < 0.05
