The Influence Of Transactional Leadership Style, Work Discipline And Work Environment On Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction As An Intervening Variable In The Pamong Praja Police Unit Southeast Minahasa District

Abstract
Study This aims to analyze the influence of leadership style transactional, disciplined work, and environment work on satisfaction work and performance. Apparatus State Civil Service (ASN) in Unit Police Pamong Praja Regency Southeast Minahasa . Study This uses quantitative descriptive analysis with an approach to causality to explain the connection between variables. Population in study This is all ASN and Casual Daily Workers (THL) in the Unit Police Pamong Praja Regency Southeast Minahasa , with sample A total of 100 respondents were taken through random sampling technique simple (simple random sampling). Study This using the Partial Least Square analysis model . Research result show that : (1) Leadership Style Transactional own influence significant to satisfaction ASN work with mark coefficient regression of 0.45, (2) Discipline Work own influence significant to satisfaction ASN work with mark coefficient regression of 0.40, (3) Environment Work own influence significant to satisfaction ASN work with mark coefficient regression of 0.50, (4) Leadership Style Transactional own influence significant to ASN performance with mark coefficient regression of 0.35, (5) Discipline Work own influence significant to ASN performance with mark coefficient regression of 0.38, (6) Environment Work own influence significant to ASN performance with mark coefficient regression of 0.42, (7) Satisfaction Work own influence significant to ASN performance with mark coefficient regression of 0.55, (8) Leadership Style Transactional through Satisfaction Work own influence significant to ASN performance with mark coefficient regression of 0.30, (9) Discipline Work through Satisfaction Work own influence significant to ASN performance with mark coefficient regression of 0.32, and (10) Environment Work through Satisfaction Work own influence significant to ASN performance with mark coefficient regression of 0.37. Conclusion of study This is Leadership Style Transactional , Disciplined Work , and Environment Work own significant influence Good in a way direct nor No direct through Satisfaction Work to ASN performance in the Unit Police Pamong Praja Regency Southeast Minahasa
