The Influence Of Work Climate And Teamwork On Employee Loyalty With Work Spirit As An Intervening Variable In The Service Statistical Informatics Communications And District Assignment Southeast Minahasa

Abstract

The existence of staff with a high level of loyalty to the organization is a very valuable asset and plays an important role in the success and operational sustainability of an organization. Staff loyalty has an impact not only on the individual level but also on the overall organizational level. The research aims to find out the impact of the working climate and team cooperation on the work loyalty of employees with a work spirit as an intervening variable. The type of research is quantitative research. The research population is the staff of the Communications, Informatics, Statistics and Coding Department of Southeast Minahasa Regency with a total of 32 employees. Based on saturated sampling techniques, the sample of the research is the total research population of 32 staff. This study uses primary data obtained from the dissemination of the questionnaire. Based on the results of the regression, the t-test showed that the working climate had a significant impact on work loyalty, team cooperation had a major impact on job loyalty and work spirit had a substantial impact on employment loyalty
