Abstract
Every company always expects its employees to have good performance because employees who perform well will make an optimal contribution to the company. In order for employees to have good performance, companies must try to make employees have high work motivation. Teamwork, compensation, and communication are factors that can affect work motivation. Fair and competitive compensation can increase job satisfaction and a sense of ownership over work, which in turn can increase work motivation. Effective communication can help employees understand organisational goals and expectations, and increase their sense of ownership over their work. The research population was all employees of the Office of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection of the General, Legal and Personnel Subdivision of Southeast Minahasa Regency as many as 30 employees. The research sample was taken based on saturated sampling technique, so that all polulations were used as research samples. Data analysis techniques using linear regression, t test and sobel test. Based on the t test, teamwork affects work motivation, compensation affects work motivation and communication affects work motivation.
