Study This aiming For know and analyze influence role satisfaction work and motivation in improvement discipline K3 work on personnel partner work of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 South Banten. The type of research used in study This use approach quantitative descriptive . The sample used  as many as 25 employees partner UP3 Banten work . Based on results research conducted​ known that satisfaction Work influential and significant to discipline Work with donation effective as big as 71.7 %. Motivation influential and significant to discipline Work with donation effective as big as 3.00 %. Satisfaction work and motivation influential and significant to discipline work . Satisfaction work and motivation influential by 74.7% against discipline Work UP3 Banten employees . While the remaining 25.3% is influenced by other factors that are not researched in​ study This .
