The performance of village officials is very important in organizing an effective and efficient village government, however, various internal issues such as organizational conflict and suboptimal leadership styles can reduce productivity and quality of service to the community. Data were analyzed using various statistical tests, including validity, reliability, classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), as well as multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) with the help of the latest version of SPSS. The results showed that conflict management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials, which means that effective conflict management can improve the productivity and quality of work of village officials. Similarly, the leadership style applied also had a positive and significant effect on performance, indicating that participative and inspirational leadership styles were able to improve the performance of village organizations. Together, these two variables contributed significantly to improving the overall performance of village officials.
