Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of competence, communication, and work motivation influencing the performance of mechanics and Service Advisors (SA) at AHASS Lestari Group Kediri, and to determine if these factors collectively impact performance. This quantitative research utilized a descriptive approach, collecting primary data through questionnaires from a sample of 40 mechanics and SA at AHASS Lestari Group Kediri, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis involved multiple linear regression, validity, and reliability tests using SPSS. The results indicate that competence and communication significantly and positively influence the performance of mechanics and SA individually. However, work motivation alone did not show a significant impact on performance. Crucially, competence, communication, and work motivation collectively and significantly influence the performance of mechanics and SA. These findings imply that AHASS Lestari Group should prioritize continuous training and development for competence, foster effective communication channels, and further investigate factors affecting employee motivation to enhance overall performance. The study includes 10 tables detailing descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, and regression results.
