The Influence of Work Facilities and Work Discipline on Team Work Productivity at the Department of Transportation

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the influence of work facilities and work discipline on the work productivity of the Public Road Maintenance Rapid Reaction Unit Team of the Department of Transportation Mojokerto City. This research was conducted using a quantitative method using data collected through questionnaires distributed to team members. The results of the study showed that adequate work facilities and a high level of work discipline have a significant influence on increasing work productivity. Good work facilities, such as modern equipment and a comfortable work environment, contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of teamwork. In addition, strong work discipline serves as a driver of motivation and compliance with operational standards. These findings underscore the importance of optimal management of work facilities and the consistent application of discipline to achieve maximum work results. The recommendations resulting from this study include continuous improvement of work facilities and strengthening discipline policies to support overall teamwork productivity. This research is expected to be the basis for policy-making and strategies to increase productivity within the Department of Transportation Mojokerto City.
