THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND CO-WORKER SUPPORT ON PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES AT THE CUSTOMS AND CUSTOMS SERVICES OFFICE, TYPE A, PASURUAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and co-worker support on performance through job satisfaction of employees at the MID-LEVEL CUSTOMS AND EXCISE SERVICES OFFICE, TYPE A, Pasuruan. This study is quantitative, using census sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 98 people.

The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 2.5724910 and a probability value of 0.026  0.05 on Performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Middle Type Pabean A Pasuruan. Co-worker support has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 2.2526611 and a probability value of 0.035  0.05 on Performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Middle Type Pabean A Pasuruan. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 2.1952434 and a probability value of 0.039  0.05 on Performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Middle Type Pabean A Pasuruan. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect with a CR value of 4.8743449 and a probability value of 0.000  0.05 on Job Satisfaction at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Middle Type Pabean A Pasuruan. Coworker Support has a positive and insignificant effect with a CR value of 8.1857435 and a probability value of 0.000  0.05 on Job Satisfaction at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Middle Type Pabean A Pasuruan. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect with a SOBEL Test value of 2.84459 and a probability value of 0.0022  0.05 on Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Middle Type Pabean A Pasuruan. Coworker support has a positive and significant effect, with a SOBEL test value of 2.9858 and a probability value of 0.0014 ± 0.05, on performance through job satisfaction at the Pasuruan Type A Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office
