Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Competence, Technology Training, Adaptive Leadership, Self-Efficacy, and Innovation Culture on Employee Digital Readiness in the Finished Goods Warehouse section of PT Rodji Group Sidojoyo Sidoarjo. This study applied a quantitative approach with an associative type, where data was collected using a questionnaire given to 51 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of the study revealed that the five independent variables together had a significant influence on the digital readiness of employees, which was shown by a significance value of 0.000 and an F-count value of 18.602. each of the variables Digital Competence, Adaptive Leadership, Self-Efficacy, and Innovation Culture was shown to have a positive and significant influence on employees’ digital readiness, while the Technology Training variable showed no significant influence. A determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.658 indicates that the five independent variables are able to explain 65.8% of the variation in digital readiness, while the remaining 34.2% are influenced by other factors outside of this study model. Among all variables, Self-Efficacy is the most dominant factor in shaping digital readiness. These results confirm that the successful implementation of digital transformation in the warehouse environment is highly dependent on internal employee factors, especially confidence, digital competence, and the existence of an innovative culture and leadership that is responsive to change.
