Abstract
This research examines the relationship between motivation, training and leadership style on employee performance at the Ratahan Timur District Office, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The purpose of this research is to evaluate how motivation mediates the influence of training and leadership style on employee performance. Quality training and an effective leadership style are expected to increase employee motivation, which ultimately contributes to increased performance. The research method involved a survey of employees of the East Ratahan District Office, Southeast Minahasa Regency to collect data regarding their perceptions of training, leadership style, and work motivation. The results of the analysis show that motivation acts as an important mediator that connects training and leadership style with employee performance. These findings provide insight into the importance of integrating these factors in management strategies to achieve optimal performance results.
