Abstract
Study This done For to describe in a way quantitative framework improvement performance employee through OCB and involvement employees at Bapenda Province East Java . Destination in study This For test and analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and involvement employee in a way partial and simultaneous to performance employees at the Management UPT Mojokerto Regional Income . Study This using total sampling. Population Sample study This is as many as 40 respondents at the Management UPT Mojokerto Regional Income . Data Collection Techniques in study This used instrument questionnaire . Data analysis techniques using analysis multiple linear regression . Analysis Results can concluded that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and involvement employee Good in a way partial and simultaneous influential significant positive to performance employees at the Management UPT Mojokerto Regional Income
