Abstract
(Purpose) This study was conducted in the Darmorejo Village Government, Madiun Regency to prove the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and organizational culture on performance through the quality of service implemented due to changes in regulations, namely Work From Home (WFH). (Methods) The study used path analysis to determine the direct and indirect relationship of leadership style and organizational culture variables to performance through service quality. The study used 98 respondents with incidental sampling techniques for every resident who received services from the Darmorejo village government. (Results) Based on the research analysis, it is known that first, leadership style has a partial effect on the performance of the village head. Second, organizational culture has a partial effect on the performance of the village head. Third, leadership style has a partial effect on the quality of service of the village head. Fourth, organizational culture has a partial effect on the quality of service of the village head. Fifth, service quality has a partial effect on the performance of the village head. Sixth, the direct effect of leadership style on the performance of the village head through service quality is 0.218 and the indirect effect is shown at 0.094612. Seventh, the influence of organizational culture through service quality on village head performance directly is 0.211 and the indirect influence is 0.091574. (Implications) Village governments are advised to use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on Management by Objectives (MBO) to optimize public services.
