Abstract
The abstract contains a brief description of the objectives: To test and determine the effect of training, motivation, and work environment on employee performance in the Micro Credit Department of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Jombang Branch. Method: Quantitative with a sample of 132 respondents. Data Analysis Technique using multiple linear regression. Results: The results of the study indicate that (1) Training has a significant and positive effect on employee performance in the Micro Credit Department of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Jombang Branch. (2) Motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance in the Micro Credit Department of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Jombang Branch. (3) The work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance in the Micro Credit Department of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Jombang Branch. (4) Simultaneously, the three factors including employee training, work motivation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance in the Micro Credit Department of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Jombang Branch. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 24.879 > F table 2.67, and a significance value of 0.000 which is lower than 0.05. In other words, the combination of these three factors is able to explain quite a large variation in employee performance, so companies are advised to continue to manage and develop these three aspects sustainably
