Abstract

BUMDES North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province has several obstacles such as lack of employee skills and knowledge, lack of harmonious communication relationships and lack of attitude of BUMDES employees of North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province in serving the community. The novelty of this research lies in the analysis of the influence of Skills, Attitudes, Knowledge and Communication Channels which has never been carried out in BUMDES, North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of Skills, Attitudes, Knowledge and Communication Channels on the Performance of BUMDES Employees in North Minahasa Regency partially and simultaneously.This research uses a quantitative research approach . The sample population is employees who work in Bumdes, North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province as many as 100 people.  The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that skills , attitudes, knowledge and communication channels influence the performance of BUMDES employees in North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province partially and simultaneously.
