Analysis Of Company Financial Performance Before And After Rights Issue In Companies Listed On The Indonesian Stock Exchange 2020-2023

Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out and identifying whether there were differences in the financial perfomance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) before or after the rights issue was implemented in 2020-2023.This research applies financial ratios in the form of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt Equity Ratio (DER). Quantitative descriptive design was used in this research. In this way, the research populations includes 3 companies, which means that these companies have been listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI).
