The research used a quantitative method with a questionnaire survey to Ditlantas employees, as well as multiple linear regression data analysis. The results of the study show that the four independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on operational performance. Partially, the use of information technology and organizational commitment are the most dominant factors in improving operational performance. These findings affirm the importance of creating a conducive organizational atmosphere, implementing clear SOPs, optimizing information technology, and strengthening organizational commitment to achieve maximum operational performance in service to the community.
