Abstract

The goals of research is analyze influence Quality of Work Life (QWL), Job Burnout (JB) and Psychological Empowerment (PE) towards Job Performance (JP) of Medical Personnel House RT Notopuro Regional Hospital Sidoarjo. Research use quantitative approach and causal. Sample of the research is 80 Medical Personnel at Hospital. Research use questionnaire Google Form for collection data and analyze with multiple linear regression.
