The results of the research showed there is partial significance value of 0.000 for employee performance (X1) and 0.000 for facility conditions (X2), or those was less than 0.05. From the results of the analysis, employee performance (X1) and facility conditions (X2) with the dependent variable of service quality (Y) have an R square value of 0.802, indicating a correlation. In addition, the simultaneous hypothesis (F test) is accepted with tcount > ttable, indicating a significant overall correlation between the independent and dependent variables.
