THE INFLUENCE OF WORK ENVIRONMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION UNIT OF REGIONAL REVENUE MANAGEMENT IN MOJOKERTO DISTRICT

Abstract
The development of the era has caused increasingly tight business competition, causing companies to need to place human resources as a means of supporting the company’s success in achieving its goals. This causes Employee Performance to need to be maintained and improved to achieve maximum results. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees of the Technical Implementation Unit for Regional Revenue Management of Mojokerto Regency partially and simultaneously. The type of research is quantitative with a research population of 40 employees of the technical implementation unit for regional revenue management of Mojokerto. The sampling technique used the Purposive sampling method so that the number of samples obtained was 40 employees of the technical implementation unit for regional revenue management of Mojokerto. The data collection technique was through questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Technical Implementation Unit for Regional Revenue Management of Mojokerto Regency partially and simultaneously.
