Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of work motivation, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance in the Kranggan District Government Office, Mojokerto City. The research method used was a survey with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees in Kranggan District Government Office, using multiple regression analysis techniques to test the research hypothesis. The independent variables in this study include work motivation, competence, and organizational culture, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the study showed that work motivation, competence, and organizational culture significantly affect employee performance. Work motivation has a significant positive impact on improving employee performance, followed by competencies that play a role in supporting work effectiveness. In addition, a supportive organizational culture also contributes to the creation of a productive and harmonious work environment. The conclusion of this study confirms that to improve employee performance, the management in Kranggan District Government Office needs to focus on developing work motivation, improving employee competence, and forming a positive organizational culture.
