Abstract
The purpose of this study is that researchers want to know the impact of village funds as an implementation of the economic development of the Srengat Village community, Blitar Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, namely research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subjects. This research uses a descriptive research method through a qualitative research approach. The use of village funds in Srengat Village has had a significant positive impact on the economy and welfare of the village community. Village funds have been used for various purposes, including infrastructure development, improving health and education services, and developing small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). With the improvement of infrastructure such as village roads, irrigation networks, and other public facilities, the accessibility and productivity of the village economy has increased, which in turn improves the quality of life of residents. The use of village funds to support the agricultural sector, which is the backbone of the Srengat Village economy, has increased agricultural output and encouraged the sustainability of the local economy. In addition, training and community empowerment programs funded by village funds have helped improve the skills and capacity of residents in managing small businesses and creating new job opportunities. However, despite the many benefits, there are still challenges in managing village funds, such as limited administrative capacity at the village level and the need for greater transparency and accountability in their use. Some programs may not be optimal in their implementation, and there is still potential to improve the effectiveness of village fund use so that the benefits are more evenly distributed and sustainable.
