Abstract
This study analyze impact effectiveness communication organization and involvement employees (employee engagement) to performance employees at PT. Accentuates, a subsidiary Samsung Electronics Surabaya Company. Employee performance considered very important to achieve company targets, so that important to know factors that influence it, including internal communication and engagement employees at work they. This study use approach quantitative. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 100 PT employees. Accentuates. For test hypothesis, research This use analysis multiple linear regression. The result show that effectiveness communication organization and employee engagement have influence positive and significant to performance employees. In separate, increase quality communication in company relate with improvement performance employees. Likewise, employees who have attachment tall to his job tend show better performance good. In terms of together, both factor said (communication organization and involvement employees) proven in a way significant influence performance employee
