THE EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION, WORK ENVIRONMENT, AND COMPENSATION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT STATE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 2 KAIMANA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of the workload,, work environment and leadership on job satisfaction at YPK Efata Kaimana Vocational School. This study was conducted on all permanent teachers who teach at the state vocational high school 2 kaimana, totaling 30 people. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that: 1) Motivation significantly influences teacher job satisfaction, 2)    Work environment significantly influences teacher job satisfaction, 3) Compensation significantly influences teacher job satisfaction, 4)               Motivation, work environment, and compensation simultaneously influence teacher job satisfaction.
