The Influence of Creativity, Integrity and Loyalty of Human Resources on Improving the Performance of Village-owned Enterprises

Abstract

By upholding creativity, integrity and cultivating loyalty, Village-Owned Enterprises can strengthen their role as catalysts for local economic development and improve their overall effectiveness and sustainability. This study was then conducted to review and test the influence of these three aspects on the organizational performance of Suwaluh Mandiri Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprise Balongblendo. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire to collect data. The research data were obtained from 35 respondents who were employees of of Suwaluh Mandiri Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprise Balongblendo and were selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data that had been obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS. The results of the study showed that: a) the t-test results on the Creativity variable (X1), it is known that the t-test value is 3.778, and the t-significance is 0.001 which is lower than the set significance level, which is 0.05; b) the t-test on the Integrity variable (X2), it is known that the t-test value is 4.893, and the t-significance is 0.031 which is lower than the set significance level, which is 0.05; c) the t-test value of Loyalty is 4.300, and the t-significance is 0.007 which is lower than the set significance level, which is 0.05, and; d) the F count is 6.031 with the probability of the F-statistic in this study being 0.003 or lower than the specified significance level, namely 0.05. Thus, it can be said that both partially and simultaneously, the variables Creativity (X1), Integrity (X2), and Loyalty (X3) have an influence on Organizational Performance (Y) of Suwaluh Mandiri Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprise Balongblendo.
