THE EFFECT OF TRAINING AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT SAKINAH SUPERMARKET SURABAYA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at Supermarket Sakinah Surabaya partially and simultaneously. The sample used was 100 operational employees at Supermarket Sakinah Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to all operational employees at Supermarket Sakinah Surabaya. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that training and discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance, thus the research hypothesis was declared accepted and proven true. Training and work discipline partially had a significant effect on employee performance, thus the research hypothesis was declared proven true
