THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT NOVARTIS INDONESIA

Abstract

The decline in sales at PT. Novartis Indonesia is due to the problem of suboptimal employee performance (EP). This is due to the problem of Organizational Culture (OC) and Employee Job Satisfaction (JS) at PT. Novartis Indonesia. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of OC and JS partially and simultaneously on EP at PT. Novartis Indonesia. The approach in this study uses quantitative research methodology. This research design uses a type of causal research that will analyze the cause and effect relationship. The location of the research was conducted at PT. Novartis Indonesia. The sample population used in this study were 70 employees of PT. Novartis Indonesia. Data collection techniques through observation, distributing questionnaires to employees and interviews. The analysis technique chosen to analyze data and test hypotheses in this study is Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results of the analysis can be concluded that OC and JS partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on EP at PT. Novartis Indonesia.
