Abstract

Both discipline and motivation are viewed as key factors in enhancing employee productivity and overall work results. Using a quantitative approach, the study applies multiple linear regression analysis. 40 employees from the UPT were selected using stratified random sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, the coefficient of determination (R²), and t-tests and F-tests with SPSS. The findings revealed that work discipline and work motivation significantly influence employee performance, both individually and collectively. Therefore, maintaining and improving these two aspects is expected to further optimize employee performance. In light of these results, it is advised that the Head of UPT give particular attention to discipline and motivation to boost productivity within the organization
