Abstract

The research examined 50 workers employed in PT Ajinex International’s production operations (Mojokerto location) to determine the influence of three variables: career development, work motivation, and work supervision on performance levels. The analysis applied quantitative descriptive and multiple linear regression approaches, generating substantial findings Career development and work motivation individually (partial) significantly increase employee performance. Specifically, the greater the career enhancement programs offered and the higher employees’ work spirit, the more their performance tends to improve. However, work supervision demonstrated a positive but not statistically significant influence on performance when examined individually. The combined effect of all three variables (F-test = 45.23, Sig. = 0.000) was highly significant, with R² = 0.65 indicating that 65% of performance variation is explained by these factors. The company is recommended to focus on developing career programs and implementing work motivation strategies to improve outsourcing employee performance. Although work supervision lacks direct individual significance, its combined effect with the other two factors remains important in creating a productive work environment
