The Influence of Work Facility, Work Discipline and Team Work on Employee Productivity in Government Organization

Abstract
Human resources are one of the sources of competitive advantage and key elements that are important for achieving success in competing to achieve organizational goals. This research then used to analyze the influence of work facility, work discipline, and team work on employee productivity in government organization, especially in Department of Transportation in Mojokerto City. This research used a direct survey research method by distributing questionnaires to employees of Department of Transportation Mojokerto City. The data collected was then analyzed using multiple regression linear using SPSS. This research results showed that the F signification value is 0.000 which states that all independent variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously have a correlation to the dependent variable Y1, which supported by F count value (24.205) which far exceeds the critical value of F table (3.08). The regression model explains 62.3% of the variation in Work Productivity, while the remaining 37.7% is likely affected by other variables not included in the model. It was also known that all independent variables consisting of work facility, work discipline, and government organization partially has significant impact towards employee productivity.
