THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ON PERFORMANCE THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR EMPLOYEES OF THE REVENUE SERVICE UNIT BOJONEGORO REGION

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to analyze the influence of Leadership and Knowledge Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Performance; and to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Performance; and to analyze the influence of Leadership and Knowledge Management on Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The type of research in this study is causality research with a quantitative method approach. The sampling technique in this study is Non-probability Sampling technique. The sample population used is 77 employees of UPT PPO Bojonegoro. The data collection technique used in this study is by using a questionnaire. The analysis technique chosen to analyze the data and test the hypothesis in this study is The Structural Equation Model (SEM). To answer the hypothesis used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of data analysis and discussion it can be concluded that Leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Performance; while Knowledge Management has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but not significant on Employee Performance; and Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance; Leadership and Knowledge Management have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Bojonegoro Regional Revenue Agency Employees.
