Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of transparency, accountability, technology, and community involvement on the success of social assistance fund management in Dawarblandong District, Mojokerto. Effective fund management is essential for poverty alleviation. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from 328 respondents (recipients and fund managers) through a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to test the influence of independent variables (transparency, accountability, technology, community involvement) on the dependent variable (success of social assistance fund management). The results showed that the four independent variables had a positive and significant effect. Transparency increases public trust, accountability increases fund efficiency. Technology, especially fund distribution information systems, facilitates supervision and speeds up administration. Community involvement increases program success through active participation in monitoring. The recommendation of this study is that the Dawarblandong District government needs to improve transparency, accountability, utilization of technology, and strengthen community involvement in supervision and evaluation so that social assistance programs are more effective and on target .
