Abstract

This research investigates how transformational leadership, organizational cultural values, reward and punishment systems, individual motivation, and work discipline affect the performance of members in the Mojokerto Regency Police Traffic Unit. Employing a quantitative survey method with 77 Traffic Unit personnel as respondents, the study utilized multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS. The findings reveal that the combined influence of the five independent variables significantly impacts performance, as indicated by an F-test significance of 0.000 and an R Square value of 0.659. This suggests that the model accounts for 65.9% of performance variation, with the remaining 34.1% attributable to other unexamined factors. Individually, each variable also showed a significant effect. Transformational leadership enhances motivation and direction, a strong organizational culture fosters a positive work environment, the reward and punishment system promotes fairness and accountability, personal motivation drives productivity, and work discipline ensures consistency and efficiency. Overall, the study highlights the critical role of internal organizational factors in improving police performance
