Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership style, work discipline and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The object of the study was ASN employees of Kaimana General Hospital, West Papua, totaling 96 people. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study prove that Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction and Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction
