Abstract
HR competency in facing the digital era, organizational strategies to improve HR competency in the digital era, and the role of government and educational institutions to improve these competencies. The challenge of human resources is to always be required to follow technological advances and be able to face changes quickly, organizations or companies must provide human resources who can analyze data and think critically. Because everything is digital now and is a primary need for organizations and companies. Organizations need to provide appropriate training and education to improve HR competency. Organizations also need to pay attention to technological developments and follow existing trends in order to be able to compete with other organizations.
