The Role Of Stakeholders In The Governance Of Subsidized Housing Development In Graha Pratama, Mijokerto District

Abstract
This study aims to formulate a stakeholder collaboration model in providing affordable housing for low-income people in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is qualitative, namely exploring data from sources involved in the development of subsidized housing in Graha Mulia Pratama, and using stakeholder analysis and qualitative descriptive. The results of the study formulated that stakeholder collaboration in the provision of subsidized housing in Sidoarjo Regency consists of key, main and supporting stakeholders. Key stakeholders are the Regent as the party who recommends the release of land rights for government assets to the community, the Salatiga City Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) as the party that approves the release of assets, and the subsidized housing development coordination team that coordinates all housing development implementation activities. The main stakeholders are the general public and civil servants as prospective homeowners. Supporting stakeholders are developers and regional apparatus organizations that provide development programs in housing construction, assistance for facilities and infrastructure in Prajamulia and Prajamukti housing in Sidoarjo Regency.
