Abstract
Study This aim For analyze influence culture work , motivation work , and discipline Work to performance employee at the District PMD Service Office Southeast Minahasa . Method used is approach quantitative with survey , where is a questionnaire spread to all over employees who work at the PMD Service Office. Population study This are 11 employees , and the data obtained analyzed using multiple linear regression tests , t tests, and F tests. Research results show that in a way partial , culture work and motivation Work own influence positive and significant to performance employee . Motivation Work show the most dominant influence with coefficient regression of 0.804. Discipline work , though influential positive , no show strong significance in influence performance employee . By simultaneous , third variable free This culture work , motivation work , and discipline Work influential significant to performance employee , with mark The significance of the F test is 0.001. From the results that , you can concluded that increase motivation Work is the most crucial factor in increase performance employee at the District PMD Service Office Southeast Minahasa . Study This give implications important for management For focus on improvement motivation and culture Work as effort For increase performance overall organization .
