Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee morale and performance, both directly and indirectly, and discussed descriptively. The method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey. The type of investigation in this study is causality. The unit of analysis of the Kaimana Health Center Employees is 80 employees. The results of this study are the analysis of the influence of the variables Transformational Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on the variable Work Spirit (Z), from the results of the analysis obtained a significance value smaller than α (0.05), so it can be concluded that Transformational Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2 have an influence on Work Spirit (Z), Analysis of the influence of the variables Transformational Leadership (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Spirit (Z) on employee performance variables, the results of the analysis obtained a significance value smaller than α (0.05), so it can be concluded that Transformational Leadership (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Spirit (Z) have an influence on employee performance variables. Transformational Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) through Work Spirit (Z) have an influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Kaimana Health Center.
